Turkey and Mushroom Pie brings together the succulent flavours of roasted turkey and the earthy richness of a mushroom sauce, all encased in a buttery pastry crust.
Ingredients :
mushroom sauce, (fresh milk, white onion, button mushroom, water, thick cream, leaks, unsalted butter, green peas, flour no.1, chicken stock powder, fresh tarragon, salt, black pepper), base pastry short – crust (egg, flour, butter, salt), puff pastry ( flour no.1, water, salt, butter), turkey thigh, mushroom, egg, white sesame.
Cooking Instructions :
Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F). Remove the pie from the the plastic wrapper and place in the center of oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes before eating. Time may vary from oven to oven. This product was fully cooked prior to being frozen.
