This product has been individually vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.

Cooking Instructions :
Preheat your oven to around 190-200°C (375-400°F). Remove the Tender Belly Uncured Pork Bacon slices from the packaging. Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack. Put the baking sheet or rack with the bacon in the preheated oven. Bake the bacon for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of crispness. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the bacon slices using tongs or a spatula to ensure even cooking. Monitor the bacon closely towards the end of the cooking time to prevent it from burning. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the oven., Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess grease before serving.
Preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Typically, this involves preheating the air fryer to around 190-200°C (375-400°F) for a few minutes. Remove the Tender Belly Uncured Pork Bacon slices from the packaging. Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping the slices. Place the basket in the preheated air fryer. Set the temperature to around 190-200°C (375-400°F) and the cooking time to approximately 8-12 minutes, depending on the desired level of crispness. Start the air frying process. About halfway through the cooking time, flip the bacon slices using tongs or a spatula to ensure even cooking. Continue air frying until the bacon reaches your preferred level of crispness. Once cooked, carefully remove the basket from the air fryer using oven mitts or tongs. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess grease before serving.
