This product has been individually vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
INGREDIENTS:
Pork, Salt, Brown Sugar, Celery Powder, Maple Sugar, Spices, White Sugar
No nitrites or nitrates added except for naturally occurring in celery powder.
Cooking Instructions :
Oven Cook:
Preheat your oven to 190-200°C (375-400°F). Remove the Tender Belly Uncured Pork Bacon slices from the packaging. Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack, ensuring they are spaced apart. Put the baking sheet with the bacon in the preheated oven. Bake the bacon for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of crispness. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the bacon slices using tongs or a spatula to ensure even cooking. Keep a close eye on the bacon towards the end of the cooking time to prevent burning. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess grease before serving.
Air Fry:
Preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually involves preheating the air fryer to around 190-200°C (375-400°F) for a few minutes. Remove the TenderBelly Uncured Pork Bacon slices from the packaging. Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Place the basket in the preheated air fryer. Set the temperature to around 190-200°C (375-400°F) and the cooking time to approximately 8-12 minutes, depending on your preferred level of crispness. Start the air frying process. About halfway through the cooking time, flip the bacon slices using tongs or a spatula to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on the bacon as it cooks to prevent it from burning. Once cooked to your desired level of crispness, carefully remove the basket from the air fryer using oven mitts or tongs. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess grease before serving.
