This product has been individually vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen to preserve the incredible taste, freshness and quality. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. For best results remove from refrigerator and packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.

Cooking Instructions : 

Oven:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high temperature will help the bacon become crispy.

2. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. You can also place a wire cooling rack on the baking sheet to elevate the bacon slices and allow the excess grease to drip down.

3. Arrange the Bacon: Lay the pork bacon slices on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap. If you're using a wire rack, place the bacon on top of the rack.

4. Bake in the Oven: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Cook the bacon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. Keep an eye on it during the last few minutes to prevent burning.

5. Drain and Serve: Once the bacon is crispy and golden brown, carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Let it cool for a minute before serving.

Pan:

1. Heat the Skillet: Place a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Let it preheat for a couple of minutes.

2. Arrange the Bacon: Lay the pork bacon slices in the skillet in a single layer. You can overlap them slightly as they will shrink while cooking.

3. Cook the Bacon: Allow the bacon to cook for a few minutes on one side until it starts to brown and render fat. Use tongs to flip the bacon slices occasionally to ensure even cooking.

4. Drain Excess Grease: As the bacon cooks, it will release grease. You can either pour off the excess grease into a heat-safe container or use a paper towel to absorb some of it from the pan.

5. Continue Cooking: Continue cooking the bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. This usually takes around 5-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bacon.

6. Transfer and Serve: Once the bacon is crispy and golden brown, use tongs to transfer the slices to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any remaining grease. Let them cool for a minute before serving.
