Cooking Instructions :
Pan:
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat, then fry the fish for 4-5min per side if cooking a whole fish. If cooking fillets, fry skin-side down for 3-4min, then flip over, add a knob of butter to the pan and fry for a further min, basing with the melted butter a couple of times.
Oven:
Heat the oven to 200˚C/fan oven 180˚C/mark 6. Brush the sea-bass fillets with a tablespoon of lemon and oil ( if you wish ) and place the sea bass fillet down on a large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Season with salt and pepper ( and any other seasonings of your choice )and bake for 12-15 minutes.
