Pangasius hypophthalmus [Pangasius fillet, water, E451 (0), E450 (il), Sodium chloride], Breaded [Wheat flour, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable shortening (Palm oil) , Sugar, Bread Improver (Oxidant-E300, Calcium carbonate- E170, Enzyme: a-Amylase E1100, Enzyme: Lipases E1104, Emulsifiers- E472e, Wheat Flour), Instants Yeast, Salt, Color, corn starch, soybean powder, thickening agent (Guar Gum), baking powder, seasoning (Amino acid), Emulsifier ,spice extract, Modified starch (E1420), calcinated shell calcium (E529), Vegetable fat.]

Cooking Instructions : 

Pre heat the vegetable oil 10 160"C and deep fry the ocean fish finger for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
