Water, Oyster Mushroom, Vegetable Oil ( Coconut, Sunflower), Vegetable Protein (6.5% SOYA Protein isolate, 1.2% pea protein isolate), rice, WHEAT gluten, natural flavouring, starch (WHEAT), thickener ( methyl cellulose sodium alginate), OAT fibre, dextrose monohydrate, buffered vinegar, salt, lemon juice, preservative (lactic acid), colour (beetroot red), BARLEY malt extract, vitamin (B12).

Cooking Instructions :
OVEN:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).Remove the Moving Mountains Sausage Patties from their packaging and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish. Bake the sausage patties in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the patties and your desired level of browning. Once the patties are cooked through and browned to your liking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
AIR FRY:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Remove the Moving Mountains Sausage Patties from their packaging and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook the sausage patties in the air fryer for approximately 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
