Cooking Instructions :
Oven:
-
Heat the Skillet: Place a skillet or frying pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of cooking oil and let it heat up.
-
Add the Frozen Lamb Cubes: Once the oil is hot and shimmering, add the frozen lamb cubes to the skillet. You might hear some sizzling as the cubes hit the hot oil.
-
Season the Lamb Cubes: Season the lamb cubes with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices. You can use a pre-made spice blend or create your own with ingredients like rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and cumin.
-
Cook and Stir: Use tongs or a spatula to stir the lamb cubes in the skillet. Allow them to cook and brown on all sides. Keep stirring regularly to ensure even cooking and prevent sticking.
-
Cooking Time: Cooking times will depend on the size of the lamb cubes and the heat level of your stove. As a general guideline, plan for about 8-10 minutes of cooking time, flipping and stirring the cubes occasionally.
-
Check for Doneness: To ensure the lamb cubes are cooked thoroughly, cut into a larger piece to check for any pinkness. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare lamb.
-
Taste and Adjust Seasoning: Taste a piece of the cooked lamb and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more salt, pepper, or herbs as needed to suit your taste.
-
Serve: Once the lamb cubes are cooked to your desired level of doneness and seasoned to your liking, remove them from the heat. Serve the cooked lamb cubes with your favorite side dishes, such as rice, vegetables, or pita bread.
