Remove pouch from box. Semi-defrost to separate, then remove
dumplings from pouch. Pre-heat a non-stick pan with a little
vegetable oil. Pan-fry the dumplings flat side down and color until
golden brown. Add 1/3 cup of water per serving and cover with a
lid. Steam until the water evaporates to cook the dumplings
through. Remove the lid and caramelize until golden brown.
Carefully handle the hot dumplings and serve immediately.
Preheat your air fryer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Typically, air fryers are preheated for a few minutes at around 190-200°C (375-400°F).Remove the TGI Fridays Chicken Dumplings from their packaging. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking. Place the basket in the preheated air fryer. Set the temperature to around 190-200°C (375-400°F) and the cooking time to approximately 8-10 minutes. Start the air frying process. About halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or flip the dumplings to ensure they cook evenly. Continue air frying until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through. Once they are cooked, remove the basket from the air fryer and let the dumplings cool slightly before serving. Serve the TGI Fridays Chicken Dumplings with your preferred dipping sauce or condiments.
